24th Aug. 2011, the Police Chief of Zhanhua Prefecture, Zhang Zeguo has been killed near his home.
Zhang Zeguo's home is next to the police bureau of Zhanhua Prefecture Shandong Province
Mr. Mou is in charge of water system of this community, he found a man lies on stomach about 4-5 meters from artificial lake at 22:00. "I thought he was drunk", Mr. Mou said.
The spokesman of Zhanhua Prefecture confirmed the death of Zhang Zeguo, born in 1968. He just appointed to be the vice Police Chief on 25th July.
