Ja Shouguang, the director of Songyuan municipal office, state administration of taxation "played" with two police ladies in the afternoon of 12th February. Now he has been suspended from his duties.
Ladies says, "At 15:30 we were on patrol, a grey Jetta with lisence plate "Ji J27582" stopped half meter behind us, we were frightened when we turned around. there were two men sit in that car, and you can got alcohol smell even half meter away. The driver rolled down his window , yelling "come on, catch me!". After that the driver started engine and drove toward us."
Ja shouguan says, "I did drink a lot of alcohol, but I intended to make a joke. If I know the consequances clearly I will never do that."
